I Am Insecure!

And it bleeds out into everything else in my life!

Seeking validation from my boss and the people I work with.  Never trusting any compliments that anyone gives me...not even my wife.

It makes me thing that I am ugly (and yes I joined that board) and unlovable. It makes me hide my talents, or at lest think I don't have any.  I am not sure that I have any.
