Long Time Interest, Now Finally Doing It

I have been researching and considering Juice Fasting on and off for the past 3 years. I have done single days of fasting (Intermittent Fasting 5:2) and the like but never longer than 2 days in a row. I watched a Doco the other week and it really, finally, made my mind up to do it.
Its Called Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead and I found true inspiration from it. It wasn't so Fact/Science heavy (there was facts and science in it, don't worry) that i felt like hitting my head on the table. It was just honesty and "it worked for me, might work for you"
So Im gonna do it. Im planning to Juice Fast (with lots of yummy green juice and purple carrots) for 10 days. After 10 days I might finish up and go on the vegan whole foods diet, or keep fasting for 20. I will stop when my body tells me. But the minimum is 6 days because i have been told most people give up at 3 days coz the detox makes them feel like s***.

I have been eating vegan for 2 weeks. I start fasting tomorrow morning. Wish me Luck?
