I Need Some Advice Please Anyone Help?

I have a good friend who on jan. 15, 2013 was in the shower and he ran out and got his wife cause the curtain moved an the mirror read i will kill you and then he went to bed and woke up on jan. 16, 2013 morning and the Jashinism symbol had appeared on his lower back and he also had burns on his arms. he nor i have no clue what it may mean. is there anyone who maybe able to please tell us what this may mean. Please and thank you so much. (p.s. he has also told me that he can barely walk on his own now also.)
