Not Enough Hands

I thought it would be easy, but just try asking several nursery children if they want more milk in Makaton when you are holding a milk carton in one hand, and have to have the other ready to pick up the cups.  Its the same when the nursery manager comes in and says 'Good Morning' in Makaton.  Usually I have a child on my lap and a book in my hand, or a cleaning cloth in one hand and the antibacterial spray in the other.  When I do get to reply 'Good Morning' in Makaton I am told I look like I'm making the Sign of the Cross!!! (Maybe I need to, LOL).
