I don't see anything wrong if some EPeeps use pictures from the internet. Unless the person explicitly says the picture is really them, the proper action is just to take the picture down. I'd like to post Angelina Jolie as my pic, but who'd believe me? lol

EP Community Guidelines :

Be Yourself: Do not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of an entry. Duplicate accounts are NOT allowed
Respect Copyright: Do not post anything that infringes on intellectual properties rights, or violates copyright including photos.

I am aware of the community guidelines. But because of the "anonymous" nature of the Experience Project, it is very difficult to prove that they are not the person they are in fact projecting to the community. We can't exactly ask for their driver's license, can we? They could simply say they are that person, and that would be that. It is one of those great but highly difficult rules to implement.

Actually EP can request a member to prove that they have written permission or exclusive rights to use photos if it is in fact not their own.

Anything people post is EP's responsibility. If a third party claims somebody is using their photo or any copy write material...EP can be sued in court. They don't want that...that's why the rules are in place. By agreeing to the terms...EP has the right to hand you over so they don't get in trouble.

Well, since you put it that way... Happy flagging then.
