I have been on a gluten free diet for about three and a half months and so far have noticed no difference. I went on it because I've been tested for many diseases over the years and none have come up with any results. We decided to see if a gluten allergy was at the root of my problems. My constant nausea and acid reflux have not reduced at all, the inflammation in my body hasn't noticeably gone down, and my wallet is significantly drained. With all of the dietary restrictions I already have for kidney and digestive problems, I can hardly eat anything. I've grown to dread meal times and resent being hungry because nothing tastes good. I'm ready to give up gluten free. It's a lot of money just to eat food I don't like or want.

Many times, food allergies and sensitivities present in groups. You may want to try removing all dairy and soy for a month and see how you feel.
