As one who claims to know Jesus Christ and does my best to live as Jesus taught and exemplified, not as the political western world would have me act, I must say that is refreshing to hear the commonalities in our faith journeys. I have always understood our common and central idea of a supreme deity and that this can be called by many different names (Allah, Yahweh, etc.). It is as if we are all sitting in a circle around "God" and viewing him/her from different angles. We all see the same image but in different perspectives. I may only view the profile, others (Moses) were only allowed to see the back. And yet, still others were able to look upon the full face when the human person was taken on to show us the proper way to live in harmony with ech other. We must quit the hate and the divisiveness and love Allah-Yahweh first and foremost. If we then love each other as a response to the love the creator has for us we need not fear the future into eternity. Thank you for providing the words from your own life that help us share a life in which we can live into the promises instead of trying to bargain the promises to our own design.

This is really beautiful. It is so true, we don't need to fear the future, whatever Allah wills for us is our destiny, I will accept everything happily what Allah wills for me. So far it has always been good, even when I thought things were bad, afterwards I saw the reason it happened and then something better came after. So from my experience I know that what is written here is true.

Thanks for this story, it was well worth readinga and it made me realise just how lucky we are to be Muslim, to understand this and to know that our future is Allah's will and whatever we do cannot have any great affect on it.
