My apartment is a mess. Perhaps it's a reflection of my cluttered brain, full of 'should do's and 'have to's. I feel very nervous and unsettled. Where do I even begin? Will everything be okay? I hope so.

You will be fine, it helps to have people to talk to when you are stressed and lonely, be my friend lets help each other

It's hard to get started if there's something bothering you, I know. You just can't get yourself motivated to do anything. So much easier to lay in bed thinking coulda shoulda woulda...

I think you have already begun, realising there are many have to's in your brain. There are many people who never get to notice it in their lives. Just don't try to tidy up all your apartment or your brain at once. Start from a small corner, an easy one. With a small have to, an unimportant one.
