I need to lose weight any tips for motivation or ways to burn fat fast or ways to want to work out or how to not eat everything in sight idk loll

Science has revealed that we are motivated by positivity and that we maintain change through positivity. Unfortunately, most of us abuse/pick on ourselves. No wonder we feel lousy and no wonder change doesn't last!

Be kind to yourself. Treat yourself well. Love yourself. When you love someone you want what is good for them - you will be motivated to take good care of yourself when you love yourself.

Recommend a balanced diet of complex carbs, and proteins with a little fat and very little sugar. I did medifast and lost over 100 lbs.
