32 Lbs So Far

I started my  exercising regularly again last year in April, lost 12 lbs and then went through a few months where I went to a few too many happy hours and didn't lose any more.  Then back in November, I started going to the gym again in November and since then I have lost another 20 lbs bringing me to 32 lbs.  I couldn't be happier and I don't feel like I'm on a diet.  I eat (and not diet foods) and exercise and it works.  I just had to start moving.  I should be to my goal of 163 this summer!

good job

i never really had a problem with food, i just needed to exercise more. Naturally i don't eat more than I should, but I had gone from working a job where I moved a lot (retail) to my current job where I sit at a desk all day (mechanical design engineer), so I had to readjust my lifestyle.

To lose some weight i cut down on my size of meals, and started watching how much sweets and things I ate. I need to get back in the hang of working out some more :P im hoping to lose hopefully 15 more lbs. :)
