Why did she waste the first month fooling around and wasting her money?
I didn't. I always have to try and break something to feel confident that it will work. Call it the natural disaster kid in me. Even with me trying to break Herbal Magic, it still managed to work for me. So, now, let's see just how good this program really is.
My challenge this month. 100% diet compliance and exercise.

2) My trusty 750ml waterbottle

4) Tony Horton 10-Minute Trainer program for the time-strapped mom (me)

Well, I did my 10 minutes this morning, but kept it really low impact. If any woman out there is reading, they know all about blatters after having children. My body isn't quite up to jumping. However, 10 minutes of Cardio and I was beathing hard and sweating. Posted my workout to Wowy, posted to facebook and logged it in my food diary.
Prepped all my food for the day, popped my pills, drank some water, and the first day begins.
