Forgetting Who We Are

It is when we have forgotten who we are that it can be the most difficult to deal with the physical situation. Simply because when we forget who we are, the human tendency is to look to other people and use their failures and successes to gage our own. Unfortunately this will only cause us heartache and gives us a set of goals that essentially have nothing to do with who we are, what we do or why we are here.

If you keep a journal, you can always refer back to it when you forget who you are :) You could put pictures in there because visions are very powerful.

Well I sort of see where you're coming from Vans554. I often times feel the same way. Actually, there are times I wonder if i'm even still alive? Perhaps for me it's different, but it seems as if I don't want to follow the standard pattern of how the world operates. Could I do without all this nonsense around me? Why are people so greedy? There are so many different variables in the world.
We are taught to survive and this we must. It is the existence we know. Constantly expanding.

How about this...

If you can imagine it, you can do it. Manifest how you want to live in your mind and make it happen. You are a slave in your own mind, free yourself.

Work for your food. Unselfishly lend your hand. Conduct.

OK, so who are you?
>>> Im just me - this. I have a body and a mind/feelings. What i do is get up in the morning, find my happiness then do whatever i want. why am i here? hard to say but so long as i am here, i'm making it the best and happiest time possible.
I believe a better question than who am i? is: HOW AM I? and i am happy - very happy thanks to this guy
I believe it even deeper. I believe that those that came to have huge power want us to be separated and pursue that which brings more power for them. So they scare us with financial insecurity, and give us mon-friday positions at poor wages to overcome our insecurities, because we have been conditioned to be so scared by media and others who buy into it.

They make us forget who we are on purpose to serve their needs. And this bright side of this is when more and more people wake up, the change would be a lot stronger because the suppression is so great.

I believe that the world has caused us to look at each other to find or place in life.
