1. Be Grateful

It talks about writing letters of appreciation to people and even if they weren't sent the level of happiness was sustained.

 

2. Be Optimistic

Well if you know me and most of my stories on EP, I am very optimistic and this is no surprise to me to be on the list because I have seen first hand the results of being optimistic vs pessimistic or neutral about things. 

 

3. Count Your Blessings

Its better to look for and focus on the positive than negative anytime. 

 

4. Use Your Strengths

I believe this really helps to empower you. 

 

5. Commit Acts of Kindness

In sincerely helping others we do help ourselves.
