This is clearly an addiction and just like those who battle addictions to drugs or gambling, he will certainly need therapy if there is a hope in him recovering. sex life is not good. I use to enjoy, but now i am fed up with everything. we have sex like once a week or 2 week. it's just quick ones. no kissing no conversation.

we had sit down and talked about it. we came to an agreement that he will not watch adult content. I told him that i give him 1 week to clean out his stuff and do not let me see it again. He agreed to that. The next thing i know, he is back downloading again. my husband is a computer geek and it's hard for me to find out what he is doing besides watching **** on the net.

I have experienced this first hand.

Confront him about it. Dont blame him or tell him what he is doing is wrong. You will only push him away.

How is your sex life? Improve that. Try watching some of it together. Try to understand why he watches certain type of ****.

Make him realize its not real. If he realizes, help him overcome it. Apply filters on computer.



Most importantly, give him time. The change will not happen over night.
