My stepdad always reminds me of how stupid and worthless I am he bring me to that place in my self I hate I would say something but I'm afraid of him attempted to run away it made it worse I will just I have to stay in hell

    The stupid-worthless thoughts are coming from your s dad. He is the one carrying them along. It is sad that they have this obsession in them. It is people who see beauty and intelligence that make the world better.

    i don't hate, but i will never understand why some people are mean just for the sake of being mean.

    What I do in situations of these nature is put on my favourite music, music that makes me feel strong, empowered and worth something!
    Music is always there for you xxx
