NewbieI am so tired of being tired. I have a nine month old son and I am just so worried that I won't be able to keep up with him. My husband is naturally thin, can eat anything he wants...but.. Well, Ladies, you know where I am going with this!!
Today, I started keeping a food diary. I've tried losing weight by starting an exercise program BEFORE moderating my food intake and I have always failed. I would always feel so guilty eating things after having worked so hard during my workout that I would give up on my workouts. So today begins a new day!! I am starting with the food issue, which I have one...to be sure.
I found this site and thought, you know, if I can find other people who are interested in losing weight, with my same issues, I might get some support and some new ideas for keeping on track.
I'm very excited to begin this journey. I hope it proves to work out in the end!
