Beyond Big

It's true. I am morbidly obese. My weight fluctuates anywhere between 315 and 330 pounds. I hate being so big. I find it odd that a hundred pounds ago I thought that was the fattest I would ever be. Now I wish I weighed a hundred pounds less. But I can't stop eating. So even if I have a desire to exercise I generally feel too heavy to do anything. I'm like a beached whale.

You need to find an obesity specialist and reach out for help.
I finally took that step.
19/Female/5'7"/298 pounds,
That's where I started, only just a month ago.
My doctor prescribed me a drug called Phentermine.
Yes it is habit forming, but so is stress eating, sex, alcohol, smoking, etc. etc.
I've lost 20 pounds in one month, and counting.
They will do a body mass index, let you know what percentage is fat, what percentage is not, see how many calories it takes to sustain your body at the current weight, and cut it down from there. You will be able to lose a pound a day give or take one or two a week on this pill if you follow your caloric intake properly. It's worth every penny, I promise you. Everyone need a little help sometime, are you ready to make a life change for the better?

Im the same way. To lose the weight I've come to realize you have to do it for yourself not anyone else and I'm now on the long journey of losing all the weight i've put on.
