I have finally set a weight loss goal, which is 15 lbs by October 1st. That gives me two months to do it. I have not drastically changed my diet, I still eat some high carb foods and once in awhile I get something greasy. However, most of my diet now consists of things that aren't processed. I have noticed a change in my body since that simple switch. I hope this isn't too graphic...but...I can tell what I've been eating after it's been digested. If you know what I mean. Also, my energy levels have gone up. We took our son to the doctor yesterday and I had little trouble waddling around with him in the waiting room. It feels nice to FEEL changes, if not see them yet. I hope to see some soon, too.

I keep track of my workouts with an app for my iPod. It's called Streaks and it's really good motivational tool. It keeps track of your streaks for your goal. If your goal is to work out every day (excluding the weekend) it will keep track for you and let you know how many days in a row you have kept your goal. I love it!
