I Have A Question

It is true that weight loss is a tough journey, given the many temptations in today's society. But you must all realize that environment is stronger than willpower. Change your environment, change your path!

It is also true that incentive is sometimes needs to fuel action; positive action geared toward change.

Would a financial incentive of $10,000 fuel you to begin your weight-loss journey, and cause you to commit to your success?

Are you suggesting that a financial reward would serve as a permanent change in environment and cause someone to lose weight and keep it off. It may work - who knows. I know when I have lost weight in the past, my changes related mostly to an increase in exercise and physical activity and a reduction in how much I ate. That is not the way I am now since I am at 370 plus and enjoying eating and gaining weight. Could I lose the weight if I wanted to do so - yes! Would it take a financial inducement - no, but I cannot say I would turn one down. If nothing else, relatively easy money.
