I hate people's attitudes towards the skinny / underweight. For example, they think it's fine to go up to a skinny person and tell them they're freakishly skinny. I mean, I'm not about to go up to an overweight person and say "oh my god, your arm's twice the size of mine, are you like obese or something?!" because it's rude. So why don't people think telling a skinny person "wow, your arm's half the size of mine! are you anorexic or something?!" rude? because it is, and when people say that to me it makes me feel really tiny and small, in both senses!

So true. I'm 31 and I've been skinny all my life. I too find it offensive when "fat" people feel that it's necessary to comment on my weight.

Right, and if you actually called them fat, they'd probably wanna squish you.

Lol I bet that happens to you all the time lol what a backdoor compliment.

Yeah :/
