It's Getting Better All the Time

I know- you look at my name and see that I am a pastor. Perhaps you think- "Cool--he loves God and people" or "hmmm- interesting, yawn- let me go to the next page" or you think- "O no- he is probably self righteous." Of course there are many other thoughts that may come to mind- but the fact of the matter is that God has changed my life in a good way. Transformation is very cool.

Have you allowed God to change YOUR life?

Grace and peace- Tom

Dear JSBLP2
Sorry,I haven't answered your question.... not been on this for a while. I had a very sick daughter, who has since passed away.
God was my only strength during this time. One of the God- changes in me is peace in a storm. I have been transformed in so many ways since beginning a relationship with Jesus Christ. I'm not perfect, but I am better than before. I am more kind- I am more patient- I am more accomodating. I don't know how to explain it J except to say that I have had a heart transplant.
Do I understand all that has happened this past fall and winter? No, but I don't really need to because I have faith in my Lord and Savior.
Was I angry with God? Yes. Am I better now. Somewhat. I still feel a lot of pain. But I knwo my daughter had a relationship with Christ and I trust she's with Him.
Am I perfect? No but I am being drawn toward perfect love.

Sorry. I don't believe in a higher power. How specifically has God changed your life?

I haven't seen any replies yet- and I am surprised! Has God transformed your life? Or- are you unsatisfied with your life and seek transformation?
Hey- if you have a few minutes, read Romans chapters 7 and 8......
