I Am Not As Fat As I Think I Am
I've gained quite a bit of weight over the past couple of years. Most of it was in a one year period while I was taking anti-depressants and hormones. I ballooned up pretty fast. However, my weight has stayed pretty stable for the past year. I have lost 10 pounds in the past month and things are going really well. I know I'm a "big girl", but I think I'm bigger than what I actually am. I buy pants that are way too big so I just look dumpy. I buy shirts that are either too small around my chest (but fit perfectly everywhere else) or make me look like a tent. I wish I could get a realistic perspective of my size and how to dress for my body type.
