Loosing Weight

I hate my weight, but I have a habit of over-doing it when dieting. I'm bad at keeping track of calories, so I try keeping it around 500 calories on weekends, under 750 on Tuesdays and Thursdays, while about 1000-1300 all other days because it's politically incorrect to make bodily noises in public. They're easy numbers and helps me test my willpower.
