    That is EXACTLY what I tell people when they ask my why I don't believe in god.

    You don't have to, and you can't make yourself believe in anything. If you don't then you don't. Its like the rule of love, you can't make someone love you if they don't and you shouldn't want to either. Free will is a beautiful thing.
