People's Expectations Of Me

They assume I'm a very conceited, pretentious mean, insensitive person and sick...in both reality and online. It's not true at all, except I am sick but I can't really do anything about that. A lot of these misconceptions are made from people who do not understand my humor and/or jokes:

Conceited - quite the contrary I do not think very highly of myself

Pretentious - I am not very educated but rather intelligent I suppose. Simply because I have an exquisite vocabulary and I am young does not necessarily mean I am pretentious I don't feel.

Insensitive - I have usually found the most sensitive people appear insensitive

Sick - as I said yes. Deranged.

You do indeed have an exquisite vocabulary. I can tell you're intelligent and introspective. Even if you don't have a lot of formal education, I bet you still are a lot smarter than all those overeducated know-it-alls who think they have all the answers.
I've gotten the "you're pretentious" thing a lot, too. I guess I do have a more formal, "elevated" manner of speaking. Also, I like to think before I speak instead of just blathering on about everything, anything, and nothing. Maybe this is perceived as arrogant.
Conceited, pretentious, mean, and insensitive? No, I didn't get that impression of you at all.
