No, I'm Not

...Where I wanted to be at this age, and frankly, I'm highly disappointed in myself for not being the published author, and poet that I wanted to be by this time, and having royalty checks coming periodically in the mail for me. I just wanted to be enjoying some form of success, and yet I am not. I hate myself for this, and want to change it to this outcome.

    I’m also not exactly where I thought I’d be at my age, but I am happy with the steps I have taken and the experiences and accomplishments I have made so far. I wonder sometimes if we are ever where we want to be, or if we keep pushing forward for more once we get there. Setting goals and achieving each goal can help to get where you want to be. As for what I have read of yours so far, I would say you could probably make a terrific author and I hope you continue to try and reach that goal.
