Got Me Wrong

I would consider myself to be a good person, but I am not who most people think I am.  At work most people see me as outgoing, extroverted, confident, and full of energy.  However, at home it is a different story.  I like to be alone.  I am very depressed, and I am definitely not self confident.  My co-workers, who think they know me so well, really do not have a clue about my real self.

I am the same way. For me, the social confidence is required to thrive at work and advance. However, it's not who I am as a person - so by the end of the day, I am exhausted by dealing with others. I have to have the quiet calm to refocus and be myself. If asked, most co-workers would not have a clue as to what I am really like, in terms of morals, values, and so forth.
