Getting Back On Track

Digestive problems are prompting me to go back to my stricter diet. I shouldn't have slipped but
I have been able to do this before and can get back on track. I just have to absolutely avoid grains, bread and dairy. And have to pay close attention to ingredients on packaging; better yet, make things from scratch and with as few ingredients as needed. Try to keep things as natural as possible. I'm a lazy cook and will end up eating raw carrots or something for a meal so I've got to supplement with multivitamins and iodine, magnesium etc.
Oh and coconut for fat. Very important, fat ^~^
