I started having diet from the first of this month but there is no changes.. I notice the more I drink water the bigger I get. I eat only vry little.. Am I doing right? or I did the opposite?

Hmmm... I think part of the problem is that you're eating very little. The kinds of foods you are eating are just as important as how much you are eating, maybe more important. So instead of eating very little, eat more of healthier foods; think fruits, vegetables, grains, etc. when considering a well-balanced diet. Also, exercise would help tremendously.
