Just Started This Week

Just started a diet last Sunday for health and sports reasons. I want to drop 30 pounds.  I'm not one for dieting so I'm just using the food journal and calorie counter on FitDay.com.  It is funny how much you obssess about food once you start a diet but I guess not thinking about what I was eating is what got me into trouble. Wish me luck.
