Contemplating Affirmations

I love using affirmations which I either create or I use ones that already exists.

If I'm using an affirmation that I wrote, I already know why I have written it and the goal(s) I'm trying to achieve. So I just affirm and let the magic happen.

If someone else has written the affirmation, I contemplate the meaning of the words, at least what it means for me. Only then do I affirm and then let the affirmation comes to life.

Here's one of my favourite affirmations (written by Florence Scovel Shinn) and what it means for me.

"All channels are free and all doors fly open for my immediate and endless, Divinely Designed supply." ~~ Florence Scovel Shinn

I believe "channels" refer to the many ways my Good is being supplied.

I believe "free" means freely given, unconditional.  I don't have to earn or deserve it; it is mine by Divine Right and Grace.

I believe "doors" refer to man-made physical, mental and emotional barriers or limitations of any kind that I have consciously or unconsciously adopted as mine such as beliefs, blocks, doubt, drama, fear, guilt, lack, pain, programmes, resistance, sickness, tension etc.

I believe "fly open" means becoming as nothing, dissolved, erased, melted or removed.

I believe "immediate" means no waiting, instantly without any delay, occurring in no time.

I believe "endless" means never ending, greater and infinite Good.

I believe "Divinely Designed supply" refers to all that I love, all that resonates with my heart's desires, and all that makes life easy, fun and wonderful including right life partner, right family, right friends, right occupation, right hobbies, right taste, right pet(s), right business partner(s), right time, right place, right home(s), right country, etc.

Thank you, Florence Scovel Shinn, for your wonderful gift.
