I am on Nutrisystem to loose weight. I don't like looking at labels and trying to figure out how much to eat. I need motivation.This plan should help me by taking out the guesswork. Everything is planned for me. I just need to figure out how to choose proteins and fats. It will be tough for me because I'm a picky eater. Don't care much for most fruits,hate raisins and lumpy food. Gotta figure out what to do with edamames, whatever they are. Looking for suggestions from others as what to combine with the pre-selected meals.
