Day 1: Mission Completed

So far, I have gone from 68kg to 64kg, this is the lowest weight I've been in my life! With this I have begun the ABC Diet. So... What did I do 'weightloss wise' today?

1. Hour and a half walk in toners.
2. Breakfast- 200 calories of PopTarts
3. Lunch- goji berries, packet of rice chips (stupid salt cravings) and digestives, all totaling to 300 calories
4. Dinner- nothing.
5. How much water? 2 liters.
