Looking For Suggestions...

I've been on weight watchers for about 5 months and it's been working for me (for the most part).  But I'm finding it hard to keep it up.  For the past month, I have just given in to so many of my cravings and have gotten off my points.  At first, I let myself do this for a couple of weeks.  But then when I wanted to get back on track, I would last a day or two or even 4 before falling off again.  Any suggestions?  (Also, I have been avoiding meetings for the past month because I gained weight and didn't want it "on the record."  So, I've been trying to get back to the weight I was at my last meeting before returning!  But it is not working!!!)

Get back to the Meeting AND find substitutes that satisfy you. I'm a HUGE carb-lover, so the idea of giving up my New York Style bagels just made me so sad, but thanks to the support of a co-worker, we found some AWESOME bagels that have a ton of fiber in them and come out to only 2 points. There is almost always something you can find that is more point-friendly. What kind of "cravings" do you tend to give into? Maybe we can help find some alternatives for you!
