I Hate It

I've been big all my life...Of course I've gotten teased, to the point I dropped out of school in 7th grade and turned to homeschooling. I am SUPER insecure, I feel like people judge me everywhere I go because of my weight. I hate how big people are treated, we have feelings just like others.
I am around 200 pounds (eeeeeeeeek)....I've been losing a little weight here and there, my goal is to be at least 150. My huge dream is to be 100-125 but I know that'll never happen.

Why would you say that will never happen? Anything is possible! <br />
If you want to lose weight, do something about it. Throw out ALL unhealthy junk food from your kitchen (yes, even if its still not opened). Pack it up and give it to your local food pantry. Then get online and buy a gym membership. I'm a member of 24 Hour Fitness and its a great place to workout. Fancy, but not as fancy and over the top as LA Fitness. After joining, make it a habit to workout at least 4 to 5 times a week for an hour. The best way to lose weight is cardio, so get on the elliptical. The treadmill is a great machine too, but you really need to be able to run in order to see results at a steady pace. That's why I suggest the elliptical, at least until you lose enough weight where you can run without stopping for at least 3 to 4 minutes. Need more advice, let me know.

Have you watched or read any inspirational stories from other big or previously big people? I have found things like Ruby and the Biggest Loser to be inspiring. Hold your head high - you are a human being with innate value, whether you're big or small, and despite how other people treat you. Don't be afraid to stand up for yourself, and don't be above being childish - stand up to people if you have to in order to gain self-confidence.
