The 90 Day Challenge- The Start Of My Weight Loss

I just wanted to let you guys know that you are not alone. I struggled with losing weight and I finally found something that works! I am currently doing the 90 day challenge with Visalus. It's amazing the vi-shakes (protein powder) tastes like cake mix. I drink 2 shakes and eat one meal a day. I have lots 5 pounds in a week. I can't believe how fast the weight is coming off. It's amazing and I have never felt better. You don't even have to excercise either. I don't have time I work long hours and travel very far for work. For snacks I eat vegetables and other healthy things. I don't even feel like i'm on a diet, I'm never hungry :) I wanted to share it with you guys because I feel like it would help you as well. It turned my life around and am so inspired by it. I want to help other people in their goals in losing weight too. 10 Fast Weight Lost Diets Tips
