Gahh

I was a big child but when i met my boyfriend i got all giddy and in love and started to loose the weight.  but now I've become bigger through being comfortable with him and eating easily in front of him. Hes the only man I've been able to eat in front of but now i cant stop. I'm dieting but cheating at times and lack motivation sometimes to get to the gym. now I'm 14 stone and 3 stone heavier than a year and a half ago. help!

You certainly sound like you are motivated to lose asome weight! My advice is always carry a water bottle with you, and whenever you feel any type of urge to eat or snack, first have a large drink of clear water. Anyone will lose weight by reading and following the right information; as such, being healthy is a lifestyle, not a diet! There are many good tips on how to achieve permanent weight loss; none of them includes gimmicks, diets, or diet pills. To assist with weight control; keep a daily food journal and every time the urge to snack is felt, first drink a large glass of clear water. It does not hurt to treat yourself with something special once in a while, what is necessary is that you moderate your food portions.
