Im Tired Of Being Overweight.

Im 28 years old and live in greenville sc. Ive always been a big person. I was 5'7" in 6th grade so being the big guy never was a problem for me. I got married and started putting alot of weight on. Im sad to say it but ive topped out at 427 pounds and it is finally enough for me. Ive decide several times to start exercing but never finished. I even joined a gym but with a new career starting out it quickly went to the way side. Ive also went from walking alot at my last job, to sitting behind a desk for 12 hours at a time. I know ill die of a heart attack if i dont change. I want to be there for my three little girls, so with Gods help i feel confident i can make a change. as of today sunday march 14, 2010. I plan on making a change no more mr fat guy. Im giving up soda and sweets and overeating. No more buffets. No more greasy food. Only water and unsweet tea. LORD HELP ME! any way i really need a few people who are trying to go it with me so if you feel up to it. let me know and ill be praying for you. spencer in greenville sc

Wow! Determination is always the key!<br />

About 70 % of weightloss is diet, 30 % is exercise. So even if you don't have time for the gym and just watch what you're eating you're still able to loose weight. 2,2 punds contain about 7,000 calories (correct me if i'm wrong). So if you eat 1,000 less calories a day all week, you will lose 2,2 pounds. <br />

1,000 calories is about 200 grams of chocolate. If you eat that on a daily basis and cut that of it will result in weight-loss.<br />

I'm also losing weight, have about 60-70 punds to go and are right now on a platform efter have lost 54 pounds. I do LCHF, because it is easy. simply no carbs (though I have a reeeeeeal sweettooth, i manage).<br />

Sometimes I look at http://thisiswhyyourefat.com/ when I see the pictures of food there and think something positive about it, like if it looks good, somethings is wrong with my head. That kind of food brought me that unhappiness. That crap made me what I don't want to be.<br />

Remember you don't loose for real until you give up. Getting back on track is good, giving up is bad. =)
