Hello again, I found this pretty cool meditation.

All of you who are still trying to M-Shift should try it, it can give you a good idea of how to meditate, those of you who have already, I would still recommend you to try it out, it opens your eyes, and transports you to a very alternate view of the now we are living in. It changes you within, and gives you a sense of being. It also guides you to your inner self.

I believe it is pretty cool, and a very good meditation for beginners... It has a voice that guides you through the process... I recommend you to use earphones, go into a dark room, lay down on the floor, remove all the brightness from the screen, and close your eyes (you can do this one with your eyes open as well, but I've come to the conclusion that it is better with your eyes closed from own experience).
