This is a big step for me, writing again in EP. It has been years since I was last here, and so much has changed in my life. Once upon a time I was Wildernessgirl and Isshe...it seems like a universe away in time now. I met some of my dearest friends here on EP, who after five or so years continue to communicate with me on a weekly basis; the intense times I spent on EP, years ago allowed these people into corners of my life that no one else knows about.

I'm here again because one of these friends suggested that I try to find other poly women who are struggling with the same issues as I am. I'm worried that I am setting myself up to be disappointed, but I'm going to give it a go...

Mine is such a long story now, I'm not sure where to go from here, so I'll stop and think for a while...

I didn't know Wildernessgirl very well if at all, but I did get to know Isshe and I always enjoyed reading the things you felt like sharing. Its funny how different we "sound" depending on the "name" we choose to wear when writing. I have to say I am very interested to see how this version of you lines up with the "you" I got to know!

Very unusual for this place today ... the 'thinking before you write' part. And 'paragraphs' - wow - so nice to see paragraphs again. This is also one of the longest stories posted today. Hope your return is beneficial for you.

Thanks H. Strangely, EP was where I gained writing confidence, and my own writing style.
