R.I.P. Farrah

Farewell, Farrah.

Like millions of adolescent lads, I had that poster of Farrah on my bedroom wall, just Miss Fawcett, her pearly whites and my fantasies...

Her marriage to the Bionic Man Lee Majors was not a happy one, he had a stipulation put in her 'Charlies Angels' contract that she be home in time to make his dinner.

She proved herself to be a versatile actress, appearing in 'Extremities', playing a rape victim who turns the tables on her attacker, it was also a film role. She also appeared in 'The Burning Bed', about domestic abuse, a convicted murderer and as Beate Klarsfeld, the anti-Nazi activist.

All far removed from the toothsome beauty that stared down at me all those years ago....

Used to watch Charlies Angel to learn English as a kid. Her English was Greek to me back then. I was in Kyoto then.

Im not religious but my thoughts are with her and her contribution to the entertainment industry ...
