M ost precious in the world to me is my sister. I was almost six when she was born and this still remains the most special day of my life. I thought my mother had given birth to my sister because I was too young to have a child of my own, and from the time she was born my universe revolved around her, still does, and always will. I am so lucky because she feels the same way about me, and about our relationship. Now that we're both married (each of us to a woman) it just seems that we've expanded our circle to include two more women. Before my mother died, she commented that it was wonderful to have both of her daughters being lesbians in long-term relationships, because now she had four daughters instead of just two.
