Travelling In Time

My son came up to me an hour ago, or so, to show me something he'd made with his buckyballs. He says, "If you look close you can see millions of reflections of yourself." I commented that this was, indeed, the case. Then he says, "looking at your reflection is like travelling in time because your brain takes 80 milliseconds to process information." My son just turned 9. He amazes me, often - not because he can recite back facts he has learned, but because he wants to learn and he actually understands.

Sounds like the kind of kid that give me hope for our beleaguered and besieged planet.<br />

There's not stopping this sort, by my observation.

I am getting dumber, as my kids are getting smarter....such is life.
