I am queer.

I am not a homosexual because I have loving relationships with those who identify as male.

I am not bisexual, because bi means two and there are more than two genders.

Queer means many things. It has allusions to political activism, and it is a word that we had to fight to turn positive.

I am Queer, and I am proud of that fact.

(One of my partners jokes that "we're not lesbians, but you can't get much queerer than us!)

The way it was discribed to me was that "queer" means "not straight". It CAN mean gay, but it DOES mean so much more than that...<br />

So you could call me queer, but I'm totally homo.
