At 41 years old I am still very shy, and it takes me a while to get used to people and open up.  I prefer watching and listening to people and sitting back

relaxing and just observing, instead of being the life of the party.

    i have same expercince as you I am shy person I think to myself if i say something they might make fun of me but as i start talking than i feel confidence as i getting to knwo them
