y grandson was placed in foster care when he was 6 weeks old. Child services has been very aggressive with this case. He has already been placed as a temporary ward of the state and they are deciding Dec. 3rd if he becomes a permanent ward of the state. I am working on getting him here with me but I really am learning minute by minute was hoping some one had some experience and advice.
