Have had the book sitting on the bookshelf for several years but picked it up again recently. It details a proven program that helps with weight loss and improving health. Using diet changes, meditation, stress control techiniques, exercise (of course can't get away from that lol) this program has helped seriously ill people change their health and outlook for the better. Sections on preventing and reversing heart disease, prostate and breast cancer, type 2 diabetes as well as lowering high blood pressure and cholesterol. Includes recipes to help with the diet changes. Worth checking out.
