Yoga Is the Best

 I just started taking yoga classes about a year and a half ago, and I LOVE IT!  I have tried so many other ways to stay fit and I have to say that YOGA IS THE BEST!!  It transforms your mind and body.  I have improved my strength, flexibility and my balance, but something has happened to my mind as well, that I just can't explain.  I am more focused and so much more able to handle stress.  Also, about six months ago I was seriously considering spending my tax refund on that new non-surgical lypo for my tummy, but now, I don't need it!

The class is great for learning new poses and making sure that I am doing them properly, but one of the great things about yoga is that you can easily do it at home or when you're on vacation.  I take my classes through the city, but I've heard that the YMCA offers classes, so you don't have to go to some expensive yoga studio.  One more thing, because there are so many poses and different ways to do them, I am NEVER bored with this workout!  I hope you read this and give it a try!
