    I would advise u to go for smoothies. Juices may taste good, but u do consume a bigger amount of liquid fruit/vegetable, rather than solid and u don't just get more nutrients, but more calories and most importantly more sugars. By discarding the pulp, u discard the fiber which will suppress your insulin level and keep u full for a while. A glass of juice keeps u full as long as a glass of water does, even less, because of the sugary content which rises the insulin level in the blood. Stay healthy!

    I also like juicing, and yeah juicing fruit and vegetables is great because you get lots of nutrients at once, like extra vitamins and minerals but you still need to eat fresh fruit and vegetables since it removes the skin and the pulp you don't get much fibre so you still need to eat vegetables and fruit.

    I always find carrot juice with a bit of apple of just carrot juice to be really good. Carrot juice also gives you a nice, warm skin tone. Haha. And juicing carrots are cheaper than regular ones and you can buy them in huge bags.

    I find the best thing to do is not try to get too funky with the combinations, and parsley or too much celery completely wrecks any juice combo.

    i use to juice alot and now i prefer shakeology instead. It gives me everything i need plus is alot easier and faster!

    I have an Omega 8006 and find it much better than the faster cheaper juicers. It gets much more juice. I mostly juice vegetables, mainly carrots and celery. I will add zucchini and with a touch or turmeric, pepper, and a dash of salt. This is my main drink. Just remember with the faster spinning juicers you need to drink it immediately. With the slower ones you can keep the juice for up to 24 hours with not loosing the nutrients. I make about 24 ounces or so and sip on it all day.
