Just am for no real reason, its bordering depression but nothing too bad. The good news is I dont have the urge to commit suicide. Im hoping that taking a shower will help.

    Thank you, I took some anti depressant later last night so that I could sleep. Im feeling a bit happier but my body feels as though its been drained of life. It wasnt the best idea but it got me through the day.
